I Feel Very Confident In Crossroads

I feel very confident in Crossroads service, supplying well trained carers.  Being approachable when needing to discuss our daughter’s needs. And most importantly, empathy for us as primary carers.

Loyal And Trust worthy

My daughter lives in a small flat with support 2hrs (at present) per week from Outreach Support Services.  The aim is for her to continue with independent living in this flat.  Crossroads continue to give very necessary support to her.

Myself and my Daughter  can seek advice & guidance from a person outside our family.  Crossroads can help to allay her anxiety.  Help with shopping.  Make phone calls to cancel or arrange appointmentsand provides  friendship& company as she gets lonely.

Considerate & Very Supportive Staff

This takes time to build a rapport with a carer, but in our situation we have been treated with consideration & very supportive staff.

I know when I go out that I can completely relax knowing that someone is there to care for my husband.  Also when I am exhausted and need a nap, with someone there I know I won’t be disturbed so getting the rest I need.
